There is an employee his name Kevin.. he is racist and I’m having a very bad experience with this branch .. he is completely bad!!!!
I deposited a check into an account and was told my funds will be available on Tuesday. When the funds was not available on Wednesday we called them to find out why. First they said it takes a week to process the check. Than the manager blame it on the person the check came from for not having the funds. Than told us that the check will take 7days because of the amount it’s their policy. The fact they lied right to our face putting blame on the person for not having the funds to cover it is ridiculous. 53rd bank is the worst... read more
