Worst fifth third to go to, don't ever expect a good service or a timely one at that. Always understaffed, never polite, no sense in going here if you are in a rush, a solid 20 minutes before you get help. I recommend any other possible fifth third if possible.
This bank is a rip off! My daughter lost her job and couldn't make her payments. The bank took her car and she got the amount she needed it to get it back only to have them take it back a few months later. She decided to let them have it. They sold it and said we had to pay that day the rest of what the car didn't pay for, We couldn't afford it. They then said that if we would wire them half they would write the rest off. This phone number doesnt work! You will sit on the phone for 30 minutes or more and only deal with machines. And it gives you the option for putting in your account info, but if you don't do it they will hang up, and you will have to start all over again. Worst bank ever!
