The bank itself and people that work inside are ok but the mobile app is horrible. As of November 1st 2023 I still receive duplicate texts from purchases made on my 5/3 credit card days after the original purchase. These duplicate text messages always are sent in the middle of the night. Today at 2:45am I get two texts from things I originally bought the previous Sunday and Monday. Have called three branches in my area repeatedly. No one ever answers the phone. This is not the first time I have tried to reach a live agent and it seems to now be impossible. Considering changing banks and I have been with this bank for many, many, years. I do not call often, but if I do I expect to have someone answer the phone and my question.
Can you please do something about the dumpster out front? Looks trashy. Pun unintended and intended. I have nothing against the branch. 5 stars otherwise. I just assumed I would have to give a 2 just to get someone to notice.
