i just went into the norwood location and mr hightower told me he cant take my employers account info so i can transfer funds he cant transfer from bank to bank and that i needed to hold on while he is lookin up the zella ans put his hand up at me not helpful ans rude i just tols him to go ahead and close out whatever he has on his screen and walked out my employer heard it all and even asked y they are so rude there
Absolutely the most miserable customer service on the planet I actually get stomach problems from dealing with this stupid bank they are so stressful
