Just OK I've been a customer for a number of years, and very infrequently had issues. It seems that if you stick to the basic service/product and don't ask or do anything out of the ordinary everything is OK. For instance internet banking, online statements and basic accounts are working great for me. However, as soon as you try to do something new, or need assistance with something, that's where the problems start. Not great customer service, most associates are inexperienced.
