Normally i dont mind this place but lately its getting worse. While in the drive up lane. I sent my depost thei the tube an waited 10 min to be acknowledged. Only to be told i had a customer in front of me still whej i sat and watched her take care of multiple people before that. And the people she helped got there after me. Customer service at the drive up is shit
Customer service sucks a man of color trying to withdraw money out of his account he was questioned like a criminal we were able to hear how much money he was withdrawing etc etc..
No one will answer the phone. You walk in and no one can help you. You go on line to ask a question and they say you have to go to your branch. You go on chat to help set up an appointment and they want to charge you $5.00 to set up an appointment. Unacceptable. New bank here I come.
I've won two sweepstakes Publisher Clearing House And National Magazine. Also Mega Millions I've won quite a lot of money with PayPal. The gaming apps. I have not received any money At all... And the bank says nothing has come to my account.. This has been since Around 2011, up to Now 2024.. I've been an account Holder Since July 2004... Mr. Shawn Warren Rutledge Sr... And I've been made to be homeless So many times From 2011--2024 This Day
