Worst banking experience ever! The only bank that has ever placed a 10 day hold on a payroll check in my experience. I will be closing my account and would not recommend banking here. I would give zero stars if possible.
The others I tried were not responding. This one works well.
Banks open. Needed to go through drive thru to deposit and all lanes are closed and there are employees hiding inside on their phones
I had an issue with my mortgage and went to the branch for assistance since that’s where I pay my mortgage every month. The teller told manager, Erica, that I need assistance. After looking from behind her desk to see who I was, Erica told the teller that she was busy and she would be 15 minutes.
