Big shout out to Tommi. Had a difficult situation to deal with and while unrelated to Fifth Third directly, she was very helpful and informative!
Got called sketchy by the bank teller at the front in my face. Then proceeded to talk to her co-worker about me. In front of me. Now knowing I spoke Spanish. On top of that cussing and saying the f bomb in Spanish at least 10 times. Very disrespectful to me and the other customers that were in the store. I have social anxiety. Extremely bad. Will not be back!
Worst banking experience ever! The only bank that has ever placed a 10 day hold on a payroll check in my experience. I will be closing my account and would not recommend banking here. I would give zero stars if possible.
The others I tried were not responding. This one works well.
