Just got off the phone with the corporate office CS Supervisor Candace. Evidently she does not understand how to let me speak to her supervisor. No, scratch that. She refused to transfer me. I would not ask her to explain how to water a lawn. They charge ridiculous fees at various dates. No explanation why it is here, But not all these other times. Never do business with the folks. They are as crooked as a dogs hind leg.
If I could give them a zero I would. First off they preyed on my 70 year old father. They let him refinance his home for 100000 when the house was not worth that. My dad passed away last year and they have refused to allow us to purchase the house at the current appraised value which is 15,000. The only option they give us is to purchase a house that is worth 15k for 100k. Even their own employees said that the loan was a bad loan. Bank and mortgage department is a joke. Extremely terrible record keeping fees are always going up. When you call for assistance in dropping the interest rate for your home and take time to fill out and send back all documentation call a month later because you've heard NOTHING and they tell you that they have nothing on file???? Seems legit. We will be looking to take all of our business else where.
