The only reason I set up an account was to get a cashiers check and because the bank teller told me about a $350 bonus that I would get if I set up a direct deposit within the first 90 days of opening a bank account. I set up an appointment with James Negrelli to open my account and during the process of him opening my account he talked about his personal life and did not properly set up my account or show me that there was an OFFER CODE. Never a manager here to approve big transactions. Never a notary here. Paid $45 for a wire transfer only to have them put it right back in my account. Tried to then get a check for the amount and after 10 minutes the teller told me she wasn't authorized to do so.
This bank is very disrespectful. I ask the teller of she knew how to do a money advance, and she said yes. It was a lie. The manager and a teller who was not doing anything, Watch the new teller, mess up my transaction. "DON'T TRAIN A NEW PERSON TO DO A TRANSACTION WITH MY MONEY!!!!. I HAVE BILLS TO PAY!!!..
