I received a balance transfer offer and accepted it, set up minimum automatic payments and their faulty system tried to fully pay it off from the account, now I have the collections department calling me asking to pay it off fully because of a glitch in their system, absolute clown show.
The worst bank i've ever heard of... Don't take my word for it. Go to Better Business Bureau and look them up. They're lucky to have one star..
There is no reason you can't do same day debit cards. Every other bank can do it, so can you. Also charging $30 to expedite delivery when there shouldn't be a delivery in the first place is ridiculous.
Wish I could give 10 stars. By far the best banking I have ever experienced and I'm old. Evertime I go there I am greeted very cordially by name before I get half way in the lobby. Staff is excellent!!
I would give them a zero if I could worst bank ever. Nobody that works there knows what they are doing when you call with a problem they say let me check it out and we will call you back within a hour guess what 3 hours go by still no phone call. And they close within the next hour I would not recommend them to anyone
