I opened an account about a year ago due to a promo they were offering. Since then, I typically have had decent service at this bank. Kevin Kern was always helpful & patient with my questions. But I did have a negative experience there today when I went in to update my last name, which I had legally gotten changed after divorce. I also made a simple cash deposit. I received a balance transfer offer and accepted it, set up minimum automatic payments and their faulty system tried to fully pay it off from the account, now I have the collections department calling me asking to pay it off fully because of a glitch in their system, absolute clown show.
The worst bank i've ever heard of... Don't take my word for it. Go to Better Business Bureau and look them up. They're lucky to have one star..
