This location of 5/3rd Bank at 36th East 8th Street in Holland is now permanently closed as of the end of business on January 7th, 2022. The two story lobby still has the original floor and ornately decorated ceiling of the People's Bank and we took our kids here on the final day of business to see a time capsule of what banking was like back in the 1930s. Today 12/6/19 services where interrupted at 5/3 and I could not buy lunch or gas. I went to the bank and they told me their systems are down and they can't do anything for me. For great customer service when you try to buy something it says insufficient funds instead of something more professional. Furthermore, none of the help numbers worked for the app being down or services interrupted. The line beeps three times and hangs up. For what you have to tolerate being a 5/3 client it's not worth it.
