The customer service at this branch is top notch. Every employee here is friendly and willing to help. Matt Richardson specifically has done a wonderful job helping me get setup for financial peace mind.
I have had nothing but problems since I joined this bank a month ago. This includes a computer error that withdrew my account negative by $6,000, hours and days of my life taken from me. No one knew what was going on. I have zero access to my money, no apology ever. Then I go to this branch. There was a distraught woman who had experienced fraud. Which is something I've been through.
