I have had nothing but problems since I joined this bank a month ago. This includes a computer error that withdrew my account negative by $6,000, hours and days of my life taken from me. No one knew what was going on. I have zero access to my money, no apology ever. Then I go to this branch. There was a distraught woman who had experienced fraud. Which is something I've been through. Can't activate card. Use app they say - no option. Call activate #, too little time to enter card. Call Customer service - phone tree and routed back to activate #. Do they actually try things themselves?
