First, I had to order a new debit card. They said it will take up to 10 business days. Have not recieved. Second, I go through the drive thru to withdraw cash and enquire about my debit card. Teller tells me she'll be right with me. Understood, as she was helping someone in the bank. 10-15 minutes later I see her walking around in the lobby. Looks at the drive through window and realizes that I'm still waiting. Runs to the window and apologizes. I asked her about my card and she talks to me like I'm stupid telling me it migh... read more
