Wonderful kind people
Surprised to see so many 1 star complaints on here, this has been my bank for 10+ years and every time I have gone inside the reps have always been courteous and helpful. The drive thru got struck by lightening a few months back and it's remained closed but it's no fault of the bank, I was told the it needs a new drive thru system because the parts that got damaged can't be replaced.... There is only one banker and a teller after the long weekend. Banker is on conference call. No services, advisee to go another branch.
I have been with 5th 3rd Bank for over Ten Years. The last two years have been very irritating to say the least. I went into the Plymouth branch last week to find out why my secured card money hasn't been put back into my checking account after six weeks of waiting and got nowhere. I received a call back from Christina Lund to contact her regarding the issue. I've called repeatedly and no one. I finally got through and whoever answered said "can you please hold".
