very nice and helpful staff. this particular Branch never seems to be busy sometimes. I wonder if it is open. it is frustrating that interest rates for savings accounts are not shared with the branch employees before the start of the promotion. I have even called the main customer service number and been told that they could not give me savings account interest rates : I would have to go into the branch office. fortunately they called the branch office. they did give me the information on the phone. 5th fifth third bank ofte... read more
Horrible experience. I was on the phone for 50 minutes just to close a checking account. Do not recommend.
