AWFUL BRANCH!!!!! Jose is horrible and lacks customer service skills. Applied for a credit card and have been getting the run around for a few weeks now. They love to deflect and lie. One day I will rid myself of them altogether🤮
Just opened a new account, these people at this location literally called me multiple times over the course of days from a man and another lady Elise asking me “why my balance was $0 and did I just want the promotional money, if so I can close my account etc.” I have never in life had this encounter at any bank. Nor have I ever had bank reps monitor my transactions and call me MULTIPLE times questioning what I’m doing with MY money on MY account because the balance is $0.
