If I could give this particular branch ZERO stars I definitely would. Olivia is very unprofessional she needs to be replaced for various reasons she provides extremely poor customer service she's quick to shrug her shoulders and tell you that's not the banks problem. You can do everything right bring in your valid ID, fill out the deposit slip, signed the back of the check and also be a customer with this bank for 3+ years and everyone from Olivia and the branch manager who doesn't provide good customer service either. They are holding a check I deposited from my place of employment, ADP Financial and will not release it . Under the guise they have reason to believe my employer will not honor the check. Stay far away they will steal your funds. Terrible customer service as well. I literally would have been better off going to a liquor store and cashing my check.
Olivia Sipes is patient and very communicative for ALL of the documents you need. Terrible customer service I was told that I had to have a passport to get a cash advance off my credit card. They told me New Mexico was not a part of the United States. Said Mexican people need a passport. Now my driver's license is from Albuquerque New Mexico. Last time I checked I didn't need a passport to get a cash advance off my credit card from any bank but yep you guessed it I'm a black man.
