the customer service was decent, but the wait times were a bit long during my visit. overall, it was an okay experience.

If I could give this particular branch ZERO stars I definitely would. Olivia is very unprofessional she needs to be replaced for various reasons she provides extremely poor customer service she's quick to shrug her shoulders and tell you that's not the banks problem. You can do everything right bring in your valid ID, fill out the deposit slip, signed the back of the check and also be a customer with this bank for 3+ years and everyone from Olivia and the branch manager who doesn't provide good customer service either.
