I CALLED THE BANK TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM .I WAS PUT ON HOLD WHILE I WAS SPEEKING & WAS KEPT THERE UNTIL I HUNG UP. ANYONE READING THIS STAY AWAY FROME FIFTH THIRD. VERY RUDE & DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
