Great people, great service Unlike the Southport Road branch, this bank seems very committed to customer service. They have multiple teller windows open, their drive-up service is quick, and any time I need to ask a question or get additional info, they seem very eager to help out. I became a Fifth Third customer because this was my "old" branch of the prior bank, and many of the employees stayed on after the transition.
