Bank has charged service fee on account without notification and no one took care of concern properly. Worst experience. I have never had this experience with any bank. Worst customer care..
Consistently the worst banking experience I’ve very had. From the first day they had all my account info wrong (INCLUDING MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND NAME) and failed to send out my debit card for a month (I had to call to be told it had never been sent out originally) and I am regularly hit with fees (no one informed me on) and which continue to appear out of thin air.
