Can no longer use the night depository. Went there at 6pm and there were so many homeless camped out you could not get to it.
Like all the big banks today they are understaffed and say they acre about customers but they DO NOT!!! I tried to find a Regions bank on Keystone and it was like a scavenger hunt to find their location. Only their current clients knew where it was. You can't call any of these banks directly anymore. More money in their pocket and terrible service for all of us.
I waited in the lobby for almost an hour and no one Came to see if I need assistance
The East and Ohio Street Branch is AMAZING! everyone knows me by name. Alesha and Odessa have been there since my first day. I look forward to seeing them at least once a month. Just today I was a bit under the weather and needed to transfer funds. The line was busy when I called. Alesha recognized my number and called me back. This is old fashioned banking with modern capabilities. My son recommended Fith Third years ago and he was so right. I love the team there. I'm so GRATEFUL for the hometown feel. Great job!!
