Been with this branch for 4 years and I've never ran into any issues, fraud was taken care of and I was refunded the money before they even did there investigation, policy being that you have to pay back whatever turns out non fraudulent and I owed them nothing after the investigation. Stacy is incredible! I feel like we're personal friends, she's always happy to help with whatever I need.
