Been with this branch for 4 years and I've never ran into any issues, fraud was taken care of and I was refunded the money before they even did there investigation, policy being that you have to pay back whatever turns out non fraudulent and I owed them nothing after the investigation. Stacy is incredible! I feel like we're personal friends, she's always happy to help with whatever I need. Fast and friendly.
Never had so many issues with one bank. Transferred after transferred and still got nowhere
Save yourself some time don’t bank with this company !!! Me and my husband bank at with this location 3 times we have deposited money through the drive through once it said we deposited $0 and print out says our balance is $0 . Other times it said we didn’t make a deposit each time we had to wait 4months until it was settled , it seems like instead of helping us it feels like they tried convincing us we are wrong .
