Amazing smart team of people always offering me ways they can help my needs without me even asking. I love that this is the first bank I can honestly trust. Great app that keeps me in the loop and the early access has truly blessed me especially through covid19 and stay at home order. I literally tear up knowing this bank has my back .. This location caters to the Latino community, they are very slow, turtle slow, if your in a hurry I suggest going to the window seems to move faster. I just witnessed the banker tell an elderly customer to try to make it to another location in 20mins before they close because she will be with her current customer another 30mins 😳Now if your patient enough to WAIT for service they are USUALLY nice and USUALLY they try to be helpful.

I went in for a cashier's check Not my usual Branch I go to but twice I told the teller please return the change Do Not Deposit It to my account. After he handed me my check I asked where the change was first thing I asked not to do he did then tried to tell me that they have to deposit so I had to fill out a withdrawal slip. The branch I usually go to it's in and out I have only told them once not to deposit my change and have never had to repeat my self. Sad thing is it was the same teller who did it the last time.
