Customer service is awful on the phone. The first person that I talked to doesn't speak English very well and speaks so fast. You can't understand anything. The second person that I spoke with sounded like she just got out of bed and mumbled everything and just didn't seem to care, rude. You're dealing with an issue when you call and then you have to put up with this!
My Georgia stable account is with this bank and I've lost way more then I have saved
What a garbage Mortgage Company. Lost my hail damage check. Refused to issue me a letter allowing my insurance company re-issue check just in my name so I could get the roof replaced immediately. They have records receiving the check, so why make me go through the process all over again in hopes your company doesn’t lose the check again.
Worst Bank Mortgage ever. If you are a veteran, no matter the branch, please, I beg you, please do not do any business with this bank; they do not treat veterans well. I am 100% disabled, and they still gave me a high interest rate despite my property taxes for Texas they did not take that into consideration for the home loan that I applied for two years ago.
