Landlord will say you owe money, even if you prove to her you do not and show receipts. She is hard to get into contact with and when you do get the chance she’ll be rude. My shower and lock on the front door has been broken for 6 plus months now and has yet to be fixed. Mold, trashy dump. Our rent has been raised by 25$ just this year alone yet nothing gets done. Save yourself the stress and problems and don’t apply here.
Courtney has been one of thr best Landlords I have ever had. If something is broke in my apartment it is handled right away. Courtney is always professional and works hard at maintaining the grounds. I love living here its quiet and peaceful. Also on a side note Adam our maitnance guy gets his job done is friendly to talk to and i appreciate the fact that always cleans up behind himself. I am so glad i chose fifth street as my home...
Has turned out to be a great starter place to live... the New site manager and maintance are great and really nice people and on top of stuff this past year... unlike past employees here...Just needs some work
