I had a great experience with the 5th Medical Group at Minot AFB. The staff were professional, friendly, and truly cared about providing the best service possible. From check-in to my appointment, everything was efficient and well-organized. The medical team took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. I really appreciate the dedication and support they show to all patients — thank you for the outstanding care! Leadership must be making a difference.
I called the appointment line to get help with messaging my provider due to not having computer access and Megan at the appointment line really went above and beyond. She was so helpful and also helped direct me to the correct office for another need that I had. The appointment line has always been an amazing asset and I appreciate their help! Thanks again, Megan!
