I had such a good experience with Tom that I requested his services for my 2nd home purchase in New Orleans. He did a great job the 2nd time too! Highly recommend!
I called last week to request an inspection and he scheduled me for this morning at 10am. I flew in from California, specifically for this appointment. I waited for him in excess of an hour, during which I repeatedly attempted to contact him to get his ETA. He never answered, never showed and has yet to call to reschedule.
Very thorough and responsive. Went the extra mile getting into all the tricky to reach places and clearly explained all of the issues discovered.
I found Fifth Generation Home Inspection through Google. I have to admit I read all the reviews and although Thomas had a lot of good reviews, I was still hesitant because of the bad reviews. I decided to take a chance since he was able to fit me into his schedule on such short notice during the holidays.
