Has been a reliable company for many years. I’m not so sure how things will be with the new ownership. I called for an appointment and when I arrived they didn’t have us scheduled, so it’s not the best start.

If you want to spend tons of money on your vehicle and then not fix the problem take it here. We told my truck there with a crank no start they said they fixed it. Ran for 14 days and died the exact same way it did before I took it there. Towed the truck back In WITH THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM IT CAME IN WITH 14 days prior. After the $5,000 I spent to fix it they wanted me to pay them another $2000 to fix the problem. 5th Gear does amazing work. Their customer service is upfront, in depth, honest and precautionary. They are not the type of mechanic shop to take advantage of their customers for a quick buck. After a year of 5th Gear maintaining regular maintenance and head scratcher mechanical issues with our companies fleet of trucks, our trucks now run better than they have in the last three years. With 5th Gears professionalism and personal touch, I wouldn’t want anyone else to work on our trucks. 5th Gear is a hidden gem in Broomfield.
