I strongly advise everyone against purchasing any property from these fraudsters. Initially, they make grand promises and seem very polite, but once they receive your deposit, their behavior changes completely. Do not expect to get your deposit back under any circumstances. They have no intention of honoring their commitments. Protect yourself and steer clear of these deceitful individuals.
They failed their duties at Belmont Reunion in Langford. Failed communication, fail to deliver information and fail sell a good product. Them and Ledcor Group are a perfect match, do the bare minimal, fail to inform and scam the working class. I would hate to have a name associated with this company. Stay far away from them and Ledcor Developments!
