Purchased a flower arrangement that was supposed to have "fall" flowers in it. Explained to florist that I had a limit on what I wanted to spend and was assured that they could do it. Arrangement arrived with 5 flowers in it, with tons of green sprigs of junk. Flowers were yellow, pink and purple.(Not fall-like at all). Called florist for refund and was told that they need to have the arrangement back for a refund.
