Jacque was a huge help with ordering a bouquet of flowers to be delivered - extremely last minute. I booked this the same day from the UK for my partner who is in Aus over her birthday and followed up with a message on Instagram. Jacque got back to me pretty much as soon as the sun was shinning and contacted the team to ensure this was all taken care of. Same day. Massively appreciated and super impressed with the service. Thank you!

We recently had a guest staying with us at Tessa's on the Beach (Bilinga) who requested roses be placed in the room for an arrival surprise. Not only were the roses GORGEOUS, but they were delivered shortly after we placed an online order and completely exceeded the guests (and our) expectations. Thank you Fifth Avenue Florist - we love you.
Great customer service, pretty flowers at a good price
Hey Team I received the most beautiful arrangement of native flowers for Mother's Day. I just wanted to thank you for providing such high quality flowers. They still look amazing a week and a half later. I have changed the water every second day and given the steams a trim but honestly I know it's the quality of the flowers that have made the biggest difference. Well done for having integrity and caring about what your customer receives.
