Dental “hygienist” has no idea how to do a cleaning, very inexperienced, felt like she was literally just brushing my teeth. The female dentist is useless, doesn’t do any actual work on anything that’s wrong and doesn’t communicate properly. I communicated I had a pain on my right side and she looked in my mouth for 2 minutes then just submitted a laundry list of procedures to my insurance with no explanations meanwhile she didn’t perform ANY procedure at the visit. I haven’t been to a dentist in an embarrassingly long time. When Fifth Ave Dental recommended multiple procedures, my friends and family told me to be wary. Avoid this place like the plague!!! Dr. Plotno only promotes LANAP surgery and does not offer alternatives, as he makes more money from that procedure.
Shukan Shah provided a “cleaning” which was 10 minutes polishing, said will be back and disappeared. Assistant came a minute later saying I am done. Don’t recommend if you need a proper cleaning
SATURDAY’S ATMOSPHERE Music is super loud that I can not hear what the dentist was telling me and not appropriate for a dentist office. They have the newest technology. Thank you doctors and Tiffany for her Patience and professionalism with patients!. She answer all my questions.
