Unprofessional, unethical, and astoundingly inappropriate. The therapist (Janelle) had no idea what she was doing and no clue of standard practice. She had to be reminded several times the session was not about her. Bizarre and scary that they’re letting people like this practice.
Been going here for over 15 years and was happy with all my therapist but when I was working on renewing my Medicaid they wanted me to pay . I explained to them that I don't have the money and that my Medicaid would be retro active but they wouldn't like me see my therapist. No one called me before my appointment to let me know that. I was treated very rudely and couldn't believe after all these years that this would happen. I don't like giving bad reviews but hopefully someone from fifth avenue center would read this and co... read more
