I began using this dry cleaning service in 2009 when a kind elderly lady owned the business. Since then, I have been a loyal customer, consistently paying for and picking up my items without issue. While I have occasionally received items that were not in the same condition as when I dropped them off, I have always overlooked minor discrepancies due to my long-standing relationship with the business.
