Do yourself a favor and run far away from this place.
This building is nothing fancy, but the rooms are very open and bright. Everything was in fairly good repair and functional when I moved in. New to town with not a lot of money this was a fantastic place for me to get on my feet and build up my finances. It is located in a perfect location to walk to any downtown destination. I did not interact much with any of the other residents, but when I did we were always friendly. I had no complaints about noise, and I don't think anyone else ever complained about me!
