Number of times the apartment has flooded: 4 After being blamed for clogging the kitchen sink, it was finally revealed that our unit, like many others in the complex, shares old, narrow pipes with 4 other units, and so we get all of the backflow. Our unit has flooded on multiple occasions. Most recently, this occurred on a weekday at 5:30 pm, so there was no leasing office staff to be found. I would never move here again Let me start by saying the management is AWFUL they never return calls and matinence requests only get partially finished. I have had an issue in my home since march of 2016 that was partially fixed but still is a problem they refuse to come back out. They fixed a wall for me 3 months ago and have yet to come to paint it nor did they even bother to clean up the mess they made. Avoid this place like your life depended on it!!! Supposed to have been a newly renovated apartment, more like a facelift with all the underlying issues still existent. They rent to all sorts of riff raff, never a day that I don't come home to a "green" smelling apartment. Plumbing doesn't work properly, have never used the dishwasher because it backs up all the sinks in the unit. When you run the water in the kitchen sink it backs into the dishwasher and doesn't drain, my dishwasher smells like rotting food. Put in many mai... read more
