Do NOT by from these people - total scammers! They sold us a lemon and 5 years later it still doesn’t run! It’s pretty sad when you drive less than an hour and it breaks down - every single time. Their service department is a joke and the manufacturer won’t take any responsibility. Do yourself a favor and find another dealer.
This place is joke. Incredibly pushy sales people who have no idea what they are doing. They called to see if we were still interested in a trailer that they already sold. Then they "forgot" to give us our money back they made us put down before we actually could get approved for a loan. Never go to these idiots.
We had a great experience with Fife RV in Bonney Lake! Stevie Ray, the sales guy was low key and easy to work with. Mike, the finance guy was thorough and organized at signing. I have already recommended this dealership to my friends on Facebook!
If I could give a lower rating I would! All the 5 star ratings are from employees-Shitty service! Very poor communicators. And they lie. My RV has been in their shop for 3 months to fix a few basic things. I would never recommend these sleaze balls to anyone.
After working for this company for 4 1/2 years I have seen a lot of growth . I am sorry if anyone had a bad experience , if there is anything I can do to change your mind please privately message me and we can work it out. I was recently transferred to the Bonney Lake store from the Fife store and I gotta say I absolutely love the way things are handled here on the " plateau" .
