We got a new air conditioner last year from them. Previously, we had always had good luck with Fife. This brand new unit makes really loud noises five or six times when it kicks on. Like a loud buzzing noise of an old dryer. They’ve been out three different times to listen to it. Heard it. They say they will get back with us, but they never do.
