We got a new air conditioner last year from them. Previously, we had always had good luck with Fife. This brand new unit makes really loud noises five or six times when it kicks on. Like a loud buzzing noise of an old dryer. They’ve been out three different times to listen to it. Heard it. They say they will get back with us, but they never do. Needed my whole house air conditioner serviced Tim came out the very next day after I called I would definitely use them again in the future
I can not say enough good things about the quality and responsiveness of the HVAC service from Tim Fife and his guys. Hottest weather in Pittsburgh in years and my AC quits. They were there early the next morning and got me up and running after quickly acquiring the parts to complete the fix. Kept me in the loop with excellent communication and even offered some preventative tips for the future. Thank you guys!!!
