I saw problems with the framing of my new home roof (Legend homes), and I suspected a standard inspection would not do. I got an inspection from FIF. They were prompt and professional both in doing the inspection and sending me a report. If you need an engineering inspection as a homeowner, I would refer you to FIF. I did the price was a bit steep, as the inspection took no more than 20 minutes and was limited to just a very small area of my home, but the service and product were exactly what I needed.
A great Engineering, Architecture, and permitting services. They know exactly what to do. Price was very reasonable, they offered a very good discount, on top of that they did all thepermitting process for free of cost for us. The City of Houston was being very difficult, we were overwhelmed with this and that requirements but the team at FIF stayed on top of it. We are for sure sending you guys a holiday gifts. Thank you so much FIF :))
Shockingly incompetent. I am not sure who they are paying to write their good reviews, but this company does not understand basic permitting requirements. They will charge thousands of dollars to make (very basic) plans that will end up not complying with a single city of Houston code, and then it will take you weeks and months to convince them to make edits, they will pretend they don’t understand what you are saying, you will call and call, they will finally agree to make changes, which will, yet again, not comply with any... read more
