Damien, Jessica and Ruby were super helpful. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted and they were able to help me narrow down the perfect vehicle for me. The staff were super friendly and helpful and I definitely would recommend anyone who needs a car to go through Damien, his sales manager Jess and finance manager Ruby!
I had an awesome experience today at Fiesta Volkswagen. I worked with Damien and he went the extra mile, above and beyond. I'm so glad I got to come back to VW and have another great experience. We absolutely love our Jetta sport. They worked with us on price, fought for us get us a better deal with the bank. I never felt like just another car deal. The general manager Derek, the sales manager Jess all worked with and for us to get into this Jetta. I'm looking forward to coming back and getting a new car in the future.

Managers at the service department are about the only redeeming quality. Dropped my car off for a same day service and had to call minutes before closing to find out the service tech emptied my transmission fluid without checking if they had the parts. I was stuck without a car for 3 days until finally the part they lost was returned. I had to call every time to get an update on my vehicle and show up at the dealership to know my vehicle was ready.
