Sales and service at Fiesta are excellent. I’m a returning customer and I am very pleased with how I am treated through sales and service. Kindness without the pressure others provide. Look up Howard he does not disappoint.
I bought a 2025 Jetta from Rebecca Hastings. She went above and beyond to ensure a smooth car-buying experience and helped me address the issues that arose after purchasing the vehicle. Purchased a brand new car exactly a year ago here. Has 8k miles on it. Had to have it towed in because the check engine light came on and the engine overheated. Along with a few other codes involving the ignition. It’s currently still there and has not even been touched or looked at. And it’s been 3 weeks. Everytime I call for an update I’m told the people quit and my car is next. Same response for several weeks. How do you not even look at the car 3 weeks later?? Worst car repair experience of my life! We called to make a service appointment and were scheduled to bring our car in on Tuesday morning. They said we should be able to pick it up the following day. 10 DAYS LATER we were finally able to pick up our car! It didn't seem like they even started working on it until the following Monday. Meanwhile, they didn't give any updates. I had to call each day to find out what the status was and was given various excuses (staffing shortages, received the wrong part, etc) each time. SCAM ALERT!!! Please check Internet pricing because they don't I am ONLY giving a two stars because of the excellent customer service skills of Jose and Trey! It really shouldn't get no stars!! However, the general manager at this location set a horrible example for the employees here.
