The service department was awesome!! brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic and some regular maintenance. The attention to detail was world class. I definitely will be bringing my vehicle's here for future service. I Can't thank you enough!!
I had to go in and get some parts for my slammed out GTI. The service was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! The service manager was very thorough and helpful with helping me get parts and even complemented my GTI massive trubo and roof rack combo! I was in years ago and the staff has preformed a complete 360 under this new manager! I recommend going to Festa Volkswagen even if you don’t have a Volkswagen.
