For starters, Fiesta Village used to be a Select Suites Extended Stay motel, which explains why the average size for a 1 bedroom is only 460 sq. feet compared to 700 sq. feet of the avg 1 bedroom in the Phoenix area. I lived here for 3 years and they just started closing the gates 6 months ago. During this entire time they advertised Fiesta Village as a gated community- it was NOT for most of my time here.
