My husband and I bought a Nissan Frontier from Car Max. Car Max only provided one key and one key fob. My husband called Fiesta Nissan to get information on getting a new key and key fob and to address a recall issue. He was transferred back and forth from the service department and the parts department where he had to again repeat himself about what he needed.
