My husband and I bought a Nissan Frontier from Car Max. Car Max only provided one key and one key fob. My husband called Fiesta Nissan to get information on getting a new key and key fob and to address a recall issue. He was transferred back and forth from the service department and the parts department where he had to again repeat himself about what he needed. I had an absolute excellent experience at Fiesta Nissan, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, they helped me make the decision for my car without feeling like I was forced, salesman Brayan was extremely helpful and found me what I needed, and they worked with me to get my payments within my budget as well. I know that if ever need to get another vehicle, I’m in good hands with Fiesta Nissan.

Worst experience, it's been more than 8 weeks since my car is still there, they did the diagnostic, but did not open a claim with my warranty. I called them more than ten times, every time they say we will do it tomorrow, sorry, we are short-staffed. I can post the call log and the diagnostic date. A group of unprofessional liars !!!!!!!!!!!

I have never taken the time to leave a review of an auto dealership. I switch out all of our vehicles almost every ten years and never look forward to the hassles of doing it. Juan, Lisa an Brayan were incredibly professional and courteous. I have been with Toyota and Ford most of my life, this is my first Nissan, a Frontier, and I am excited about it.
