I STRONGLY advise finding another Nissan dealership to take your vehicle for ANY servicing! The last couple times taking our vehicle in for 'service' has been costly and or detrimental to the vehicle and wallet. Just went to Fiesta Nissan this week and the trip was delightful as always. I Had a really good experience at Fiesta Nissan for my service appointment, all thanks to Jaidin! She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and made everything feel really smooth and stress-free. She kept me updated the whole time and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car. Was also checked on by Kay Mitchell during my appointment and she was very polite, professional and helpful. The staff really know how to treat customers great.
Huge shoutout to Adrian at Fiesta Nissan! He made the entire process easy and actually enjoyable. Professional, friendly, and super efficient. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend asking for him by name!
Even the the new girl in service was rude, the service manager was really great.
