Sometimes good things are hidden in plain sight and yet we struggle to notice! I struggled to find them since there was no sign outside and the truck was in one corner opposite the La Bohemia restaurant. A simple truck with a straightforward menu but, with maximum taste indeed. I tried their Birria Ramen and my mate had their blue corn tacos. The Birria soup was just so flavourful and although I am not a cheese lover but I couldn't stop chewing the melting cheese. We both left with happy faces and a full tummy.

So far we have tried the burrito and the quesabirria. The quesabirria is a definite "must try", every bite is so full of flavour and the meat just melts in your mouth. The soup that comes with the quesabirria tastes just like what I had in Mexico. Absolutely amazing! Will definitely have to visit again to try the other items on the menu. Highly recommended if you like authentic Mexican food!!
