My mother purchased a 2026 Aviator a few months ago and we went to the service department to buy premium floormats. The man in the service department was EXTREMELY rude to us upon arrival and acted as if we were bothering him (it was 7am and there were no other cars there). When we asked for the large cargo mat instead of the small one, the man raised his voice and told us to "go talk to parts". I genuinely enjoyed the experience buying my 2026 Corsair at Fiesta. It was a very quick transaction, everyone was kind and friendly, especially Darren. No pressure, but he did find me EXACTLY what I wanted. I enjoyed the straight forward negotiation, that wasn’t even a negotiation.
