I purchased Hyundai Palisade from Fiesta in 2022. I have seen a decline in the service department since then. The last time I had our car serviced, they put the wrong engine oil in the vehicle. The car has developed a transmission leak and needs a full transmission replacement. Fiesta Hyundai cannot even look at it because they don't have a master technician on staff right now.
