This was my first home buying experience. I cannot believe, within myself, that every home buying experience is as bad as the one that I experienced here. After I purchased the home and it was set up it has been nothing but problems. It started out with the toilet not working and the glass vent over the stove being chipped. It was an undetermined amount of time for most of the small issues cosmetic issues to be fixed but the toilet took a week to fix. Then there are the more major issues since I've been in the home for 6 weeks now, such as the nails in the floor coming up through the linoleum rug and most recently since 2 days of rain I finally understand why the lights in the living area never worked. They roof is leaking and blew them out. Now aside from having these problems with a home I just purchased for $80000, it has been as I said 6 weeks and these problems are not fixed yet after repeated attempts speaking with the owner himself and the service department at fiesta homes. I almost forgot to mention that when they wired the trailer in the breaker Box archt because the wiring had been pinched in the Box so wiring has been an issue in this home since the purchase in more than one area. There I more still, but no time or space for it all.
