A regular place we visit! – We love the food at Fiesta G, don't be fooled by it's appearance! The enchiladas are our ALL TIME FAVORITE! Everyone we take there really likes it!
Don't listen to the negative dude . . . – We moved to Layton from Salt Lake City a year ago and we LOVE Mexican food. I think we've tried every Mexican restaurant in the area and have to say that our favorite is Fiesta Guadalajara. Their burrito sauce is the best I have ever tasted -- so fresh and light. Worst service ever – I used to go here quite often, it was close, had food I liked. BUT when I realized that the service sucked, i stopped going. my water was always empty. the waiters/waitresses are never friendly, it seems dirty and dark all the time. the food is sloppy and not fresh tasting. i know this is very harsh on them, i would go there if i really wanted to go somewhere close, but its not the best. i am a big burrito fan and have become picky.
