Excellent!!!! In town visiting from Chicago, looked for a good Mexican restaurant and stumbled on Fiesta Cancun. Margaritas are wonderful, medium will get you buzzed 😮 I had the fiesta fajitas and they were delicious!!!! Next time I'm in Eagan, I'll be back for sure!
The food is very good, prices are nice too
