Unprofessional customer service from manager/Owner. If they made an error and you are owed a refund. They do NOT call you and will NOT reply to your emails. Have to go back & forth with rep. Avoid all of these locations.

I requested a title transfer and was told it would take a few days. The cost was about $600. I waited two weeks end called but when calling could only get their corporate. They'd told me they'd give me a call back. 4 weeks later and 2 in person visits they finally said to come in and get my title. I'm not sure what happened but fiesta is DISHONEST in their expectations and proceedings.

They charged me a late fee when I have auto pay and they tried to blame it on me because they said I wasn't clear. MIND YOU, it's in the contract that I signed! How do you blame the customer when it'd in writing? It's been two weeks and I have no call back from the manager and the person who helped me Guadalupe Gomez, is ignoring all my emails since then. Update: What am I supposed to do with their comment? $10 dollars plus auto pay discount still gone.
