I got charged three separate times after I had to cancel and change plans, I am owed 500$ from fiesta. Marco told me they would get me my refund and would call me back with how long it would take. Never called me back and still haven’t gotten my refunds. I’ve talked to multiple other agents and each one gives me the runaround and doesn’t help.
Ernesto was Very professional, took care of my tags and lifted some stress of my shoulder so I don’t have to be driving around in the heat looking for other providers to help me. Very polite. Great customer service.
