This is the worst insurance agency you can get the fee is insane expensive for the poor job they do. Rude. Not knowledgeable. If you can find any other company, even if it’s a little more expensive , go with them. I’ve been with them over 6 years and they always make mistakes & are rarely ever available. I was told to call back later bc the rep was with a customer. You as the rep should call me back later or put me on hold. Terrible customer service. Not worth the headache.
